Personal Dress and Appearance
First Health �requests persons using the Conference Center wear at least business casual attire
Safe Work Environment
First Health is committed to providing a safe, efficient and productive work environment. To achieve First Health's goal of providing a safe work environment, First Health requests that each person be safety-conscious.� Individuals using the Conference Center should be alert to unsafe conditions and report such unsafe conditions immediately to First Health.
Alcohol and Drugs
In keeping with First Health's commitment to a safe work environment, First Health has adopted a "zero tolerance" policy for alcohol and illegal drug use while on First Health premises.� The consumption of alcohol on First Health premises may be allowed under certain circumstances in First Health's sole discretion and only pursuant to First Health's prior written approval.
Smoking
First Health is committed to a smoke-free environment. Therefore, smoking is not permitted in any location other than the plaza, which is a designated smoking area.
Solicitation
First Health does not allow solicitation for signatures, financial contributions, joining organizations or selling merchandise while on First Health premises.
Unauthorized Use of Equipment / Services
Unauthorized us of First Health telephones, fax machines, photocopy machines, mail services, computers, e-mail, Internet access or other equipment is prohibited.� Any repairs to damage of First Health property will be billed to the client.
Audio Visual
� Program Rehearsals are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance
� One Rehearsal will be allowed at a maximum of 2 hours, a $200.00 charge will apply to all additional rehearsals.
� Standard Audio Visual includes TV, VCR, LCD, Screens, Microphones, Podium used for power point, videos, CDs and DVDs
� Any Audio Visual requirements outside of the standards listed above will result in an audio/visual technician charge.
� Changes to audio/visual will not be allowed within 72 hours of the start of the program.� If changes are unavoidable, fees may apply.
Hours of Operation
� You are entitled to use of the First Health facility for 12 hours for each day that is contracted through Marriott.� Any additional hours will be subject to applicable charges. ($500.00 per 4 hour period)
� Attendees will have access to the conference center 15 minutes prior to and after the conclusion of each program (instructor/ event planners will have a 30 minute window)
� To access the First Health Conference Center, you must have an appointment or be accompanied by a Marriott representative
� A final agenda must be submitted and approved by the catering department 10 days prior to the program
Food and Beverage
� All food and beverage is to be contracted and handled directly through the catering department the Scottsdale Marriott Suites Old Town
� Any changes or additions to the contracted food and beverage must be submitted and approved by the catering department at least 72 hours or 3 business days prior to the start of the contracted program.� This includes menu selections, guarantees, set-up, etc.
Capacity
� Maximum Capacity in the Theatre is 150
� Maximum Capacity in the dining area is 175
� Any exceptions must be approved by the catering/sales departments.
